Thursday is video day! We are trying something a little bit different again, so let us know what you think.

Today we are showing you one of our favourite hikes here in Northern Ireland. It has the added benefit of taking you into the Giant’s Causeway free of charge. This intermediate walk takes in some stunning scenery. You will cross a river, the gorgeous Runkerry Strand in Portballintrae and incredible clifftops.

The walk is gorgeous any time of year, as this proves. It was taken on a sunny February day before baby Jonas arrived.

I loved the Giant’s Causeway when I cycled around Ireland in 1996. I was so excited to be there and took a tonne of photos only to find that my camera played up and I didn’t get one photo! Thanks for sharing your wonderful images. Mel

Hi Mel, so nice to read from you again! How have you been keeping (and most importantly: where?). Oh my, Nigel would never have gotten over your experience. He’s still traumatised after we went to Balboa Island on our honeymoon and when he looked at his photos at home he discovered that there were stains on his lens! 😀

Hi Mel. Lovely to hear from you. Such a pity about your camera playing up. Hope you maybe get back this way again in the future 🙂

We were there last September (2017) and totally enjoyed the experience – it’s a place in a million. Loved your video, thanks! Anthony
